If anyone watches this is 2024 know that liekick makes very high quality shoe skates like this and u can even get some with led rainbow lights. Granted they are around 100$ but are very high quality and will last longer

This seems to be the quickest, easiest, and most effective way to use the toe stops, especially in an emergency. I normally roller blade without a heel brake, and doing indoor rollerskating for the hot summer. So first time using toe stops. Thanks for sharing this tutorial! 8^)

I wish I new this in 2014. I tried skating to the local skate park but the path was very rough and down a slope. I didn't know how to slow down, I fell so hard that my knee guards came off, tore a hole in my cargoes and gave me a really nasty scab on my knee.

I've been trying to rollerskate in the slums of Vancouver WA. It's not that easy. I've been using derby skates. This stuff is easier on ice.

I've been taught how to do Jumps and 360 Jumps on roller skates but this is more detailed. thank you for sharing!

I personally got my. C7 skates as a gift I changed out the wheels and I find them way better with new wheels

Well I didn't have to actually touch the concrete with my knee. However I was in my so called rollerskates derby boots and was doing my program that got me a gold medal on ice. I complete the two foot turn when I suddenly hit a down slope, didn't see it coming. I remembered this advice and dropped low to my toe stop. I think this saved my life thanks.

They needed to be hightop to have ankle support and cost about $29.99.

This just gave me a lightbulb moment. I remember from skate training, they taught us the heal-to-toe technique. Didn't realise it lead to spinning.

The rock never worked for me. I used it for years until I tried Kopari. That Kopari is a game changer.

Probably going to get this for travelling so i dont walk too much and get tired easier.
